How it works
The dock works as many trucks at once as it has doors or crews, whichever is fewer. Each one ties up a door for the time to work the truck plus the turn time before the next. That gives trucks per hour at full stretch.
The number to offer is lower, so one late or slow truck doesn't back up the rest of the day: planning at 85% is a common starting point. Watch your real times on site for a few weeks and adjust.
