Questions
How long is an appointment?
One hour. Each hour has a capacity limit you set per warehouse, and capacity rules can change it for particular dates or hours.
Can we still book trucks ourselves?
Yes. Administrators and warehouse managers book from Create appointment, and staff are not held to the carrier's 24-hour rule for changes.
Does it handle several warehouses?
Pro covers up to 3 warehouses and Enterprise up to 10, each with its own hours, capacity and notification list. More than 10 is quoted.
