How billing works

What happens during the trial?: You get the full plan for 7 days. A card is needed to start, and it is first charged when the trial ends. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.
Do carriers pay?: No. Carriers book appointments at your scheduling address without an account and without charge.
Can I cancel?: Any time. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. See the Terms of Service.
Are taxes included?: Prices are in US dollars and do not include sales tax. Where tax applies, it is worked out from your billing address and shown at checkout before you pay.
Who takes the payment?: Payments are handled by Stripe and sold through Link, Stripe's checkout service, which collects any sales tax and sends your receipts. Your card statement shows LINK.COM.
