Live UnloadDock Scheduling & Operations

Features · Carrier scorecards

Carrier scorecards built from your own dock record.

Every appointment your team works feeds a scorecard for each carrier: how often it arrives on time, how often it no-shows or cancels late, and how long its trucks stay. See it by month and by warehouse, download it, and get it by email on the 1st.

Enterprise plan

On-time rate

Live appointments with an arrival recorded at or before the appointment time.

No-shows

Appointments from before today, not cancelled, with nothing recorded. Today is never a no-show.

Late cancellations

Cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointment at the carrier's request. Staff say whether the carrier or the warehouse asked, so the warehouse's own changes don't count against a carrier.

Time on site and detention

Arrival to departure for live loads and unloads, with detention from the detention clock.

By month and warehouse

Compare carriers across months and warehouses, and download the scorecard as CSV.

Emailed monthly

Company administrators get last month's scorecards by email on the 1st. It can be switched off.

Questions

How is a carrier identified?

By the email domain it books with, since typed carrier names vary. For public email services, by the exact address.

Do we need to record anything new?

No. Scorecards are worked out from the appointments, dock times and cancellations your team already records.

Which plan has it?

Enterprise. Moving between Pro and Enterprise loses nothing, because scorecards are calculated from the appointment history.
