No carrier account
A carrier needs only a load reference and an email address. There is nothing to sign up for, so dispatchers actually use it.
Features · Carrier self-scheduling
Every company gets its own scheduling address, liveunload.com/your-name. Carriers pick the warehouse, enter the load reference and choose an open hour. No account, no login, no charge to the carrier, and no email chain.
On every plan
A carrier needs only a load reference and an email address. There is nothing to sign up for, so dispatchers actually use it.
The load reference is checked before a slot is offered: against orders you import from Excel or CSV, against reference rules such as every PO starting with your prefix, or not at all if you prefer.
With the verification number from the confirmation email, a carrier can reschedule or cancel until 24 hours before the appointment, and report a delay after that.
Each warehouse's notification list is emailed for every new booking, change, cancellation and delay. The list stays private; carriers see only hours and the address.
Carriers book at least 24 hours ahead, in the warehouse's time zone, so tomorrow's schedule is settled before the day starts.
A one-page carrier booking guide is linked on your scheduling page, and you can send it to carriers with your address.

Online changes close 24 hours before the appointment. Inside that, the carrier can only report a delay and contact the warehouse.
