Questions
Can each client see its own appointments?
Not today. Live Unload has one company account for the 3PL, with users and roles for your own staff. Clients can be sent scheduled CSV reports by email.
Can carriers book a trailer with POs for two clients?
Yes, on a drop trailer. A carrier can list up to 10 other POs on the same trailer, and each is checked like any load reference.
Do you integrate with our WMS?
Load references come in by Excel or CSV import today. An API is not available yet.
